Adriana is based in North West London and brings over 20 years of experience as a consultant, executive coach, and systems strategist, working with leaders and organisations across Europe, the Americas, Africa, and Asia. Her work spans leadership development, organisational culture transformation, team cohesion, and wellbeing strategy, always with a focus on the human foundation that sustainable performance rests on.

She holds a PhD in Statistics and trained in Integrative Medicine, Neuropsychology, and Organisational Development, blending scientific rigour with a deep understanding of how people and systems work. Her proprietary frameworks, the Relational Intelligence (RI) system and TeamEvolve (Manager Skills), turn abstract concepts like trust, psychological safety, and collaboration into repeatable, actionable, measurable systems.

Adriana moves fluently between the analytical and the human, rather than choosing one over the other. She brings data-driven rigour to “soft” outcomes like wellbeing and team cohesion, while holding space for the lived, relational reality of the people in the room. She brings a sharp mind, warmth, and humour to her work, creating psychological safety where leaders can communicate openly and take courageous shifts in their problem-solving and performance.

Adriana has coached over 1,000 leaders at global organisations including Chevron, Microsoft, Diageo, and Nomura, and has designed and delivered leadership programmes across 16+ countries. She is particularly passionate about women’s leadership, closing generational skill gaps, and helping organisations in high-stakes industries (Energy, Tech, Finance) build cultures where people thrive.
