Isabelle Courtney-Guy.

Founder

Over two decades of leadership experience. Coach, consultant and leadership development specialist across four continents, in some of the world's most complex environments.

Hendrik Oheim.

Co-founder

Safety systems engineer and project manager for 28 years. Now an ICF certified coach, consultant and leadership development facilitator. Believes work should make people feel fully alive.

Ines Courtney-Guy.

Co-founder

ICF trained coach, consultant and leadership development facilitator. More than a decade of transformational practice. Depth, freshness, and trilingual capability in every engagement.

Over 20 years of international experience. Consultant, executive coach and systems strategist working
across Europe, the Americas, Africa, and Asia. Scientific rigour meets human depth, in English,
Portuguese, Spanish, and Catalan.

25 years driving culture and leadership transformation across Africa. A decade with the UNDP across 15
countries, now advancing safety leadership across Nigeria’s oil, gas, mining, and construction industries.

Relationship coach, licensed mediator and group facilitator. A decade in corporate consulting, now
