Pauline Drewfs.
Conflict Mediator, Relationship Coach & Facilitator
Stockholm
Pauline is a relationship coach, licensed mediator, and group facilitator, grounded in Authentic Relating, Nonviolent Communication, and trauma-informed somatic practice. She also serves as Director of Faculty & Curriculum at ART International, where she leads a facilitator faculty and shapes how relational skills are taught at scale, while guiding the organisation through a transformation into a sociocracy-based employee-owned cooperative.

Before this, Pauline spent over a decade in consulting, most recently as Director of Content Design at IBM iX, where she worked with clients including the Federal Ministry of Justice, the Federal Ministry of Family Affairs, the Deutsche Nationalbibliothek, Deutsche Rentenversicherung, and Volkswagen, helping teams build the capacity to navigate the complexity of digital transformation. The question threading through all of it is the same: what makes a relationship strong enough to hold complexity, whether that relationship is a couple, a team, a family, or a community. She brings the same structured, systemic thinking she once applied to platforms and services to the architecture of human connection.

Her path before tech ran through the music industry, working with people as different as independent rock bands and internationally acclaimed soloists. That range, moving fluidly between very different worlds and people, is still how she works: with curiosity, empathy, and an instinct for reading what’s actually happening in the room rather than what’s being said. Her particular gift is helping people turn conflict into greater connection, rather than around it.
She works in German and English.

Outside of work, Pauline can be found dancing Contact Improv, watching trash TV with her daughter, racing around on her 90s mountain bike, or on long quiet walks in the forest. She quiets her mind by engaging her hands in earthy things like gardening, mending, and baking sourdough.

That’s Pauline.
