Pablo Escorcia is based in Berlin and works as an organisational development consultant, leadership coach, and facilitator, with over two decades of international experience supporting organisations, leadership teams, and networks through complexity, transformation, and growth.

He has worked with more than 200 organisations across Europe, Latin America, Africa, and Asia, including international NGOs, foundations, public institutions, and private sector companies, with work spanning strategic planning, leadership development, monitoring and evaluation, facilitation of complex group processes, and organisational transformation.

​

What distinguishes Pablo’s work is his ability to bridge worlds that are often kept apart, the structured, analytical thinking of business and organisational practice, and the more intuitive, embodied, and relational wisdom found in somatic work, Biodanza, and shamanic traditions. He brings systems thinking together with presence, movement, deep listening, and a regenerative understanding of life, and is especially interested in how people and organisations can become more resilient, humane, and aligned with what matters most to them.

Pablo is a father and a Biodanza teacher, and dances as part of his own ongoing study of life’s mysteries.
