Ines was 12 years old when she did her first transformational training. Not because someone made her. Because something in her recognised it as important.

By 15 she had retaken the course and completed the Advanced programme. In the years that followed she trained in Radical Honesty, trained as a coach through the Animas Transformation Coaching programme (ICF accredited), and has been coaching, consulting and delivering leadership development, in the field and in private practice, since 2020.

 

She is 25 years old. She has been doing this inner work for more than half her life.

The combination is rare: the depth of someone who has been living these principles for over a decade, and the energy and freshness of someone just hitting her professional stride. She brings both, simultaneously.

 

She works in English, French, and German.

 

When she's not working, you'll find her dancing on Tempelhofer Feld with friends, creating delicious meals, or making something beautiful with her hands, quilting, metalwork, building things. Skills she learned at Steiner School, where education meant using your whole self, not just your mind. It shows.
