For over 40 years Marie-Josee (MJ) has led and co-created developmental and transformational programs for thousands of people in dozens of organisations across Europe and Australia. Her expertise is founded in co-designing custom interventions that create sustainable breakthroughs in performance. Across her years on the ground, MJ has come to the conclusion that high performance shows up in people who know they are valued. Everything flows from there.

MJ has coached, consulted and facilitated workshops on dozens of projects across a variety of industries including higher education, small business, retail, real estate, oil & gas, industrial construction, financial services, maintenance, utilities, local government, and healthcare. Regardless of the industry, MJ’s great strength as a transformational consultant and coach is sourced from her deep love of people, her insight into human behaviour, and her intuition-based approach.

MJ lives in Weert, NL with her wife Roos. She loves travelling – especially to Berlin to spend time with her daughter Rhys. She volunteers as a Dutch language coach and a support person for refugees. She is a long-term investor in The Hunger Project and engages in causes addressing gender and climate issues.
