Isabelle has been on a leadership journey for over 25 years, and coaching for more than twenty of them. It started in 2005 when, as a leader herself, she picked up a small book on coaching and something shifted. She hasn't stopped since. Her work spans four worlds that most consultants choose between, and that breadth is what makes her practice distinctive. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management, a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, ICF PCC pending (MCC requirements met), and ORSC trained in Organisational and Relationship Systems Coaching. She works in English, French, Spanish, and German. Right now she is navigating her own extraordinary leadership laboratory, coaching herself through a health journey with the same tools and the same honesty she brings to everyone she works with. She'll tell you it's the hardest and most clarifying thing she's ever done.
